Daniel went out of his way to come and provide us with a quote in the week after New Year, and then worked with us to on a short turn-around to have the system in before we returned to work after the holidays. He gave thorough and considered advice to us on the size of the unit we would require and how different zoning options could suit our needs. Daniel visited twice on the day of the install to check that everything was running smoothly, and took the time to demonstrate how it worked in our home once it was all done. The installers were hardworking, polite and professional. My Daikin ducted air con system reached the end of it’s life after 24 years and I contacted Ample Air for service/replacement of system advice. Service man arrived as... read more arranged and advised that my system had passed its use by date and arranged for salesman to visit & quote for a replacement system. New system was installed within 3 weeks and salesman provided clear in house instructions and manuals. I am very happy with my new system and also my dealings with Ample Air and therefore highly & unreservedly recommend this business and it’s employees.
